Head Coach
Laith Shannon is a certified Leadership Coach with a passion for developing talent. Specializing in leadership strategies for ambitious young professionals, he integrates formal training, practical experience, and relationship-focused coaching to help clients unlock their potential and achieve meaningful professional growth.
Laith graduated from Fort Valley State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2013 and was commissioned as a Marine Corps officer in 2015. Over the course of eight years, he served in a range of high-pressure leadership roles, including deployment as the senior administrative officer for a crisis-response task in the Middle-East, and a Company Officer at the United States Naval Academy. During this time, he also earned a Master’s degree in Leadership, Education & Development from George Washington University.
Laith has found his purpose in partnering with clients to identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build sustainable strategies for forward momentum. He champions the values of Accountability, Commitment, and Ownership—principles he believes are foundational to both leadership excellence and long-term professional success. His solutions-focused coaching philosophy centers on the belief that effective leadership development emerges from authentic relationships and self-realized solutions. He creates a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take action in pursuit of their personal and professional goals.
