Dr. Laith Shannon, ACC, SHRM-CP
Head Coach
Laith Shannon is a certified Leadership Coach with a passion for developing talent. Specializing in leadership strategies for ambitious young professionals, he integrates formal training, practical experience, and relationship-focused coaching to help clients unlock their potential and achieve meaningful professional growth.
Laith graduated from Fort Valley State University with a Bachelor’s degree in 2013 and was commissioned as a Marine Corps officer in 2015. Over the course of eight years, he served in a range of high-pressure leadership roles, including deployment as the senior administrative officer for a crisis-response task force in the Middle East and as a Company Officer at the United States Naval Academy. He has also earned a Master’s degree in Leadership, Education & Development from George Washington University and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University.
Laith has found his purpose in partnering with clients to identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build sustainable strategies for forward momentum. He champions the values of Accountability, Commitment, and Ownership - principles he believes are foundational to both leadership excellence and long-term professional success. His solutions-focused coaching philosophy centers on the belief that effective leadership development emerges from authentic relationships and self-realized solutions. He creates a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take action in pursuit of their personal and professional goals.

Suhail Johnson
Leadership Coach
Suhail Johnson is a leadership educator, learning experience designer, and facilitator who helps people and organizations build the kind of connection, engagement, and belonging that make work and life feel worth showing up for.
She currently serves as Director of the BNSF Neeley Leadership Program at Texas Christian University, where she develops emerging leaders’ awareness, skills, and confidence to lead with purpose. Prior to her current position, Suhail spent decades in Human Resources leading university-wide learning, leadership development, and culture initiatives. She found her passion for developing others in student affairs on college campuses across the country, where she first learned what it takes to help people find their place in a community.
Suhail is known for creating interactive and reflective experiences rooted in one belief: people thrive when they feel seen, valued, and connected to something bigger than themselves. That belief is the heartbeat of her p.i.n.k. philosophy: Purposely Involving New Knowledge - an invitation to learn with curiosity, courage, and each other.
A proud Afro-Latina educator and scholar-practitioner, Suhail is currently pursuing her doctorate in Higher Education Leadership at Texas Christian University. Whatever the room, she’s there for one reason: to help people build spaces where everyone knows they matter.
Ramona Davis
Wellness Coach
Ramona is a seasoned Administrative Officer with over 30 years of professional experience in the federal government. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for reliability, discretion, and excellence in managing complex operations and supporting organizational goals. Her extensive public service background informs her grounded and solutions-focused approach to supporting others in both professional and personal settings.
Forged by the fire of motherhood, marriage, and the military, she brings with her a plethora of life experiences from which to draw from. Ramona finds purpose as a wellness coach who is capable of guiding individuals through the challenges of managing competing priorities. She empowers others to maintain emotional well-being while fulfilling work and familial responsibilities. Ramona is especially attuned to the demands faced by women, working parents, and military families, offering guidance that is both empathetic and actionable.
She has been formally trained as both a Suicide Prevention Officer and a Peer Supporter - demonstrating an understanding for non-judgmental listening and confidentiality. Ramona is committed to creating environments where people feel heard, supported, and equipped to succeed. Her approach is steady, practical, and deeply human—centered on helping individuals find clarity, take meaningful steps forward, and sustain their well-being in all areas of life.
